Senior Cyber Intelligence Analyst

Perform duties as a Digital Network Intelligence Analyst assigned to a US Cyber Threat Analysis Center. Review all-source intelligence information and correlate with information derived from various databases to provide assessments and reports. Populate local and national level databases with CNO-related information, provide assessments of specified target vulnerabilities, provide briefings and presentations to leadership supporting Computer Network Operation decision-making. Must possess excellent oral and written presentation skills, experience in formatting of intelligence reports, and experience in conducting both open-source and classified research.

The Intelligence and Information Solutions Business Unit has a current opening for a Cyber Intelligence Analyst to support a federal agency's threat operations center in downtown DC.

Job Description:
Candidate will establish a cyber security, predictive analysis capability and must be experienced with Intel Briefings, Threat Analysis, Intelligence Products, and Early Indications and Warnings. Candidate will address hacker/hacktivist group capabilities and intentions to conduct computer network exploitation (CNE) and computer network attack (CNA) against federal agency systems and be knowledgeable of current and evolving hacking tools and methodologies for disrupting these systems. In addition, the chosen candidate will identify potential threats based on enterprise hardware and software and provide technical threat assessments regarding agency systems. The candidate will develop and refine Intelligence Requirements; the targeting modus operandi of groups of interest to those protecting agency systems, computer network exploitation and computer network attack tools and tradecraft; and the signatures, tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with preparation for and execution/implementation of such attacks. Additional duties will include attending Intelligence Community (IC) meetings regarding technical issues, following and reporting on general cyber threats, and following IC procedures for providing sanitized products to those at lower clearance levels or to those with no clearance

Required Education/Experience: A Bachelors degree in a field related to cyber intelligence. Candidate must have three years general experience and three years cyber intelligence experience. Candidate will possess current Top Secret SCI w/ Poly clearance

Required Skills: Thorough understanding of cyber security and predictive analysis, anti-hacking and computer network attack technology.
